Hüseyin Vatansever was born in 1964, in Sliven, a town of Bulgaria, immigrated to Turkey with his family, and settled to Çorlu district of Tekirdağ. After completing his primary, secondary and high school education in Çorlu, Mr. Vatansever graduated from Trakya University, Faculty of Architecture and Engineering, Department of Mechanical Engineering. He had his master's degree in Trakya University, Institute of Science between 1988-1990.
In 1987, Hüseyin Vatansever started to work in Bursa-Karacabey Oil Facilities of Trakya Birlik and in 1988 he took apart in Tekirdağ Integrated Facilities of the same institution. After completing his military service as a reserve officer at the Turkish Military Academy, he founded the EMA Isıtma Soğutma Klima San. ve Tic. Ltd. together with his wife and colleague Nursel Vatansever, in 1993.
As Mr. Vatansever has an active role in professional non-governmental organizations, he is a member of Chamber of Mechanical Engineers (MMO), Turkish Sanitary Engineers Association (TTMD), Association of the Aegean Industrialists and Businessmen of Refrigeration (ESSİAD).
Hüseyin Vatansever worked as a Board Member of ESSİAD, Secretary-General and Vice Chairman between 2001-2005, and as the Chairman of the Association between 2011-2013.

Hüseyin Vatansever is a member of the Board of Directors and chairman of New Projects Commission in ISKAV (Heating, Cooling, Air Conditioning Research Foundation) as a representer of the ESSIAD (The Association of the Aegean Industrialists and Businessmen of Refrigeration. Murat Güler was born in İzmir in 1982. He graduated from İzmir Atatürk High School in 2000 and from Yıldız Technical University Department of Electrical Engineering in 2005. Mr. Güler started his career in Istanbul in the same year. He started working as an Electrical Engineer in his family company Güler Mühendislik in December 2006. In 2013, he founded Güler Güneş Enerji Sistemleri A.Ş. in Menemen Free Zone and entered the renewable energy sector as an investor. Currently, he is the Managing Director of both companies. He is actively involved in professional and non-governmental organizations, in particular, the Chamber of Electrical Engineers. He is interested in chess and motorcycle sports. He worked as the Vice President of the Association of Chess Clubs, Vice President of the Independent Engineer Advisory Committee of the Chamber of Electrical Engineers, and Chairman of the 61st Energy and Electrical Installation Vocational Committee of EBSO between 2013-2016. Tibet Arbak was born in Munich, Germany in 1969. He completed his primary and secondary education in Karşıyaka, İzmir and his high school education in İzmir Motor Technical Vocational High School. Arbak graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Kocaeli Engineering Faculty, Department of Mechanical Engineering, then studied German at Goethe Institute in Vienna for one year. Tibet Arbak started his professional career in the family company Tibet Makine. He is currently the Founding Partner of Arbak A.Ş, Founding Partner of Tibex Dış Ticaret, Vice Chairman of Arbak Group and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Tibet Makine A.Ş. Between 2002 and 2004, Arbak worked as a Board Member at OSB Sektörel Dış Ticaret as well as being a Founding Partner. In 1996, he became a member of Junior Chamber International (JCI), in 2000 became the Vice President, and in 2001 became the Vice President in charge of Education. Zeynep Şemsi Aysalar
Zeynep Şemsi Aysalar was born in 1974 in Tarsus, Mersin. She completed her primary, secondary and high school education in Tarsus. Aysalar graduated from Uludağ University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics in 1997. She completed her master's degree in Engineering Technologies at Toros University. She started her career as a Purchasing Specialist in Berdan Civata Somun A.Ş in 1996. Zeynep Şemsi Aysalar worked as the Purchasing Manager between 1998-2000, Finance and Administrative Affairs Manager between 2000-2005, and Marketing and Sales Director between 2005-2010 at the same company. She has been the CEO of Berdan Group (Berdan Cıvata A.Ş. Berdan Yüzey Kaplama A.Ş., Berdan ARGE-Bilişim A.Ş., Berdan Almanya GMBH) since 2010. Aysalar has led to the institutionalization of the group, involvement in the TURQUALİTY (TQ) and Branding Programme, as well as the establishment of Mersin's first R&D Center... Bekir Girgin was born in Erzurum in 1969. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in İzmir. He graduated from Bornova Anatolian High School in 1987, and Mechanical Engineering Department of Dokuz Eylül University in 1992. He completed his master's degree in Business Administration at Istanbul University, Institute of Business and Economics. Since 1994, he has been working for the family company Gimas Girgin Makine A.Ş alongside being a Board Member.

Onur Günduru was born in Izmir in 1980. In 2002, he graduated from Izmir Institute of Technology, Department of Computer Engineering. Günduru started his career by selling his graduation thesis. In 2005, he took various courses in the fields of energy, nano-technology, bio-technology and graduated from Boğaziçi University, Engineering and Technology Management Master Program. Erdem Özsoy was born in İzmir in 1967. He graduated from Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, Department of Civil Engineering. After completing the military service in the Air Force, he started working at a French-owned company operating in Turkey. Then he took apart in the project of capacity increase for the Ethylene Plant within Turkey's first petrochemical company, Petkim. Erdem Özsoy has had various positions in numerous projects in an Energy and oil industry company engaged in construction of industrial facilities in Turkey, Africa. He completed his 19th year in the company as the Managing Director of the joint venture established in Saudi Arabia. Erdem Özsoy has turned back to Turkey in 2014 and worked as the CEO within the EMA Group till 2017. Currently, he has been working at different industries and different companies -owned by him. Alongside being the Management Consultant at CEGON Endüstriyel, Özsoy has an active work-life as being the Representative of Turkey for an investment fund originating from Middle East. In 2016, Özsoy was among the founding members of the Association of Energy Industrialists and Businessmen, and he has been a member of the board. Erdem Özsoy is fluent in English. Serkan Çolakkaya was born in Kahramanmaraş in 1975. He graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Electrical Engineering in 1998. Çolakkaya started his career in 1998 at Yüksel Proje-Yapı Merkezi-Güler Mühendislik Joint Venture Group, the contractor of İzmir Metro. After completing his military service as a reserve officer, he worked as the Regional Sales Manager at Gesa Güç Sistemleri A.Ş in 2000-2001. Then worked as a Project and Field Engineer at Met Mühendislik A.Ş. in 2001-2002. Serkan Çolakkaya continued working as the Electricity Operations Manager and Energy Management Unit Responsible in İzmir Atatürk Organized Industry Region between 2002-20018. He was responsible for the operation of the entire power system of IAOSB, especially the ATAER Power Plant with an installed capacity of 125 Megawatts. Çolakkaya founded Sertek Energy Consultancy in 2014 and currently provides Electrical Consultancy services to the institutions such as Aliağa Organized Industrial Zone, Bergama Organized Industrial Zone, İzmir Free Trade Zone (İZBAŞ), Bakioğlu Holding and Norm Holding. Serkan Çolakkaya has taken various projects of Solar Energy System in different cities of Turkey (GES), in different powers, from the feasibility stage to the commissioning stage of the whole process. Ender Demirbas was born in 1971 in Susurluk, Balikesir; completed primary, secondary and high school education in the same city. He graduated from Dokuz Eylül University, Department of Mechanical Engineering in 1993. In 1994, he spent one year in the USA-Texas to study English. In 2014, he completed his master's degree in the Department of Energy at the Institute of Science of the same university. Ender Demirbaş started his career at Terbay A.Ş. in 1995. Until 1998, he worked as Production Supervisor at Söke Cement Factory where he had the manufacturing and assembly projects, then worked as Field Manager at Denizli Cement Factory. He worked as Production and Assembly Engineer at Kocatepe Teknik Metal between 1999-2003, as Machinery Energy Manager at EkotenTekstil A.Ş between 2003-2011, and as Field Manager at Umman Makine between 2011-2013. He has been working as the Aegean Region Representative of Mimsan Endüstri Kazanları A.Ş. since 2013. Ender Demirbaş is responsible for numerous projects in the sphere ranging from the constructing waste heat facilities, to waste and biomass-based electricity generation facilities. He continues his studies on wave energy in the sea, which is one of the renewable energy branches. Demirbaş has the certificates of Radiation Protection Management (Turkey Atomic Energy Agency), Energy Management (Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources), Occupational Safety Specialist (Ministry of Labor and Social Security). Murat Çekirdek was born in Malatya in 1985. He graduated from Dokuz Eylül University, Department of Mechanical Engineering in 2011. During his bachelor studies, Çekirdek studied at the University of Florence in Italy for 6 months via a student exchange program.

Serkan Aksüyek was born in 1975 in Izmir, completed his primary education in Istanbul and his high school education in İzmir Atatürk High School. He graduated from Ege University, Higher Vocational School and Anadolu University, Faculty of Economics, Department of Economics. He had his master's degree in Corporate Governance at Ege University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences.
He started his journalism career at SKY TV in Izmir in 1997. Between 1997 and 1998, he worked as a program producer and prime-news anchor at Yeni Asır TV.
Between 1998-2000 he worked as a program producer and prime-news anchor at Ege TV. During this period, he had numerous special news studies. He had the "the first time in Turkey" news of the US electronic intelligence system -Echelon, that is used for the technical follow-up process of the operation that brought the terrorist organization PKK leader Abdullah Ocalan in February 1999. He produced and hosted the news program named as “Kritik”.
Between 2001-2009, he worked as a reporter, editor, News Manager and Editor in Chief respectively, at Gözlem Journal and Gözlem Magazine. He has had 22 awards in national and local journalism competitions.
Serkan Aksüyek published numerous articles in Cumhuriyet Journal between 1995-2002. He wrote countless research articles on the current economic developments in the Gözlem Journal, and on the news sites www.bizimizmir.net and www.ekonominingundemi.com. He continues his articles mostly on economy, every Monday at Ege Telgraf Journal, in his column titled as 'Gerçek Ekonomi'. Between 2009 and 2014, he produced and presented the economy program 'Gerçek Ekonomi' on Ege TV for five broadcasting periods. Between 2009 and 2016, Serkan Aksüyek worked as the Corporate Communications Manager of Petkim Petrokimya Holding A.Ş, as being responsible for releasing the company's investments to public, perception and reputation management, preparing corporate publications, and managing social responsibility projects. Ali Emre Demirel
Ali Emre Demirel was born in Karsiyaka, Izmir in 1966. After completing his primary, secondary and high school education in Karşıyaka, he graduated from Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Mechanical Engineering. Demirel started his career in 1988 as a project engineer at Austrian Consult, as taking part in the construction and equipment installation of wastewater treatment plants. After working as an R&D and project engineer at Cevher Makina Sanayi in 1990-1991, he joined to the Med-Union Containers.
Until 2009, he worked as a Project and Production Engineer, Production Chief Engineer, R&D Technical Manager, Production Manager, and Assistant Facilities Manager respectively at the same company. During this period, he took part in the design and production of ISO freight containers as well as various steel constructions. He worked as the Project Manager in Marmaray project for the construction of steel immersed tube passage. In 2010, Ali Emre Demirel started to work as Production Manager at Alkeg-Tegopi, producing steel towers for wind power plants. In 2012, he became the Factory Manager. Between 2014-2018, he worked as the Factory Manager at Ege Kule, which belongs to the same group. Demirel was a member of the Executive Committee of the Izmir Wind Symposium and Exhibition organized by the Izmir Branch of the Chamber of Mechanical Engineers in 2011, 2015, 2017. He also participated in the 26th, 27th, 28th and 29th periods of commissions for expertise in renewable energy resources.

Atakan Özmen was born in 1967 in Dörtyol, Hatay. He graduated from the Civil Engineering Department of Dokuz Eylül University in 1992. Özmen completed his Master's Degree at Ege University Solar Energy Institute. He gained experience in concrete/steel projects, prefabricated building production, applications of construction chemicals, and energy efficiency in various organizations. As being the founder, Atakan Özmen currently working at the Atak Kompozit Yapı, operating in steel/composite structural strengthening systems, and seismic insulation. He is married and has two children.

Ebru Evren Keleş was born in Izmir in 1990. She completed her primary, secondary and high school education in İzmir. Keleş graduated from Ege University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Mechanical Engineering in 2013 and completed her Master's Degree in Engineering Management at İzmir Institute of Technology. She started her career as a Project Engineer at Doyap Yapı A.Ş in İzmir in 2013 and continued taking part in various hospital and laboratory construction projects. Muzaffer Salih Ertan
Muzaffer Salih Ertan was born in 1954 in Istanbul. After completing his primary, secondary and high school education in İzmir, he graduated from Middle East Technical University (METU) Department of Electrical Engineering in 1978. Between the years of 1981 and 1986, he worked on R./V. K. Piri Reis - the research vessel of the Institute of Marine Sciences and Technology of Dokuz Eylül University. Between 1987 and 1998, he worked as a partner of a company providing solutions in the IT sector and as a project manager on 'Remote Area Networks'. In 1998, Ertan started his studies in 'Rapidly Developing Plant Species' 'Energy Crops - Energy Production from Biomass', as Ertan still continues working on the energy and fuel production from organic wastes. His current interests include fighting against climate change while designing and implementing 'Agropark' projects to form an integrated strategy in the sphere of agriculture, energy, environment, and forestry. Muzaffer Salih Ertan has been working closely with government and private sector organizations in the People's Republic of China, particularly in biomass, Renewable Energy sources, and plant biotechnologies since 1997.
